01 What exactly is a Japanese auction sheet?
Every used car sold through a Japanese auction is graded in person by an inspector before it crosses the block. The sheet is their handwritten record — overall grade, true kilometres on the day of sale, panel-by-panel damage map, notes on engine, interior and equipment. It's the most honest snapshot of the car's condition that exists, and it's what overseas dealers don't want you to see.
02 Where does your data come from?
Directly from the original auction houses — USS, TAA, JU and the other major networks across Japan. We don't paraphrase or rebuild the sheet; you see the scan and the inspector's own remarks. Our team in Tokyo maintains the live index and handles deep searches for older vehicles by hand.
03 How fast do I get the report?

The reading is recorded by the inspector on the day the car sold — independent of any dealer or seller along the chain. If the dashboard you're looking at today shows a lower number than the auction record, the odometer has been clocked. That gap is the most common red flag we surface.
